The opportunity

A chance to work both face to face with our members and alongside our membership team to enable us to deliver a 5 star customer service. As our Front of House Team Leader you will:

• Provide a 5 star service to our members
• Work alongside our membership team
• Be responsible for admin processes and training new team members

The person

To succeed as a Front of House Team Leader, you will need:

• Front of House experience
• Knowledge of basic computer programmes
• Excellent personal skills when it comes to communication
• The ability to lead by example for a team

Key information about the role.

Within your role as Front of House Team Leader you will be expected to be flexible with working hours, including some shift work and weekends.

You will be primarily responsible for the Front of House team and all admin processes, it is essential that you are able to work alongside both Senior Managers and the Membership Team.

Salary - £19,000 - £20,000 per annum
