Housekeeper - Bath Mill Lodge Retreat

Full Time

A new position is now available for a Housekeeper to join the team at our five star resort; Bath Mill Lodge Retreat, just outside of Bath.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for a varied and interesting role. Day to day responsibilities will include checking guest accommodation to ensure the highest standards are being met, upholstery cleaning and delivering materials and laundry boxes around the park. You will also assist in deep cleans on accommodation where required.
Alongside this, you will assist in the cleaning of the bar, restaurant, leisure complex and reception areas as needed.

Due to the extensive use of park vehicles, a full UK driving licence is preferred.

This is a permanent position to work full time, variable hours including weekends and bank holidays.

This Housekeeper position is ideal for anyone looking for Housekeeping and Cleaning related jobs within a commutable distance of Bath.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the high standards of cleanliness within all rental accommodation and company buildings.
• Cleaning of all windows, inside and out, on all rental accommodation.
• Assist with delivery, collection and making up of laundry boxes
• Checking Housekeeping inventories and replenishing as required, reporting any issues as necessary.
• Prompt reporting of lost and found property to Reception.

What experience you will need

• Similar previous experience is preferred.

What skills you will need

• Excellent standards of customer service are essential.
• Full UK driving licence is essential.
• Strong communication skills.
• Positive attitude with willingness to learn.
