The Heathlands Hotel provides an on-site Restaurant that serves breakfast and traditional carvery meals, the Hotel also has an on-site Bar offering a more informal, relaxed atmosphere. The Heathlands Bournemouth Hotel offers conference facilities for a range of different events, functions and banquets. Our Bournemouth conference venue can host large parties of up to 270 people, as well as more intimate gatherings.

We are looking for a Food & Beverage Assistant who wants to move forward in their career. You will be required to serve food & beverages to all guests in a professional and friendly manner as well as being responsible for the general tidiness of the Bar & Restaurant facilities.

The ideal candidate will be organised, punctual and well presented, with excellent communication skills and customer service.
