Duty Manager - Tonbridge Swimming Pool

37 hours per week (includes evenings and weekends)

Salary £22,350 – £23,775 plus benefits

Tonbridge & Malling Leisure Trust is responsible for the management of four sites in a 20-year management partnership with the Borough Council.  The indoor leisure facilities are all rated Excellent or Good under Quest and the Golf Centre is recognised as one of the premier municipal golf venues in the South East.

The Trust is currently recruiting a Duty Manager based at The Angel Centre. Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Duty Manager is a key player within the team driving continuous improvement in the management and operation of the Centre. The key focus for the successful candidate will be the ability to motivate the team to deliver consistently high standards of service. You should be quality driven, have sound operational, communication and people skills, and be flexible and able to deliver results.

You should have at least 2 years previous supervisory experience and a good understanding of Health and Safety, preferably within a leisure environment. Ideally you will hold a current First Aid at Work Qualification.
