About the role…
As the Sales Office Manager, you manage the internal sales team and ensure growth of sales, margin and profitability within the hotel in order to achieve or exceed the departments' budgeted revenue and profitability, whilst maintaining quality standards and high levels of customer service.
You will also work closely with the Sales Manager / Director and Cluster Revenue Manager to drive revenue from both existing local clients and new organisations.
You will have a proven track record in a sales environment, knowledge of how to manage others and a can-do attitude.
Candidates must be driven to achieve and able to lead others towards high-performance levels across all KPI's.
