Head of Disability Snow Sports - Castleford

At Snozone we not only believe that sport is for all ages and abilities but we actively demonstrate this belief through our dedicated Disability Snow Sports department that delivers snow sports experiences and tuition across the range of abilities and disabilities.

Leading this team of Instructors, you will ensure that the reputation we have built continues to grow as one of our 'Hero' products.

Responsibilities:

• To canvass, prospect, contact and meet with prospective groups who would be interested in learning to ski or develop their skiing capabilities.
• To ensure that all required equipment is available and meets requirements.
• To provide lessons to guests and ensure that all Instructors qualifications are kept up to date.
• To manage a team of Instructors, provide training and encourage more Instructors to become qualified in disability snow sports.

The Person:

• Qualified in Adaptive snow sports.
• A highly motivated individual who demonstrates strong inter-personal skills.
• A clear communicator who is professional and can provide an exceptional guest experience.
• Possesses a very committed and diligent working style.
