In advance of a busy Christmas, a great opportunity has become available to join us as Sous Chef at our White City venue.

As a Sous Chef you’ll ensure that every plate of food leaving the kitchen is perfect. This means directing the team to make all of our sauces from scratch, creating every element of each dessert and cook everything from live lobsters to Cote de Boeuf to order. It also means training junior chefs how to work across every section, ensuring food hygiene is at the highest standard and maintaining GP and Labour cost in line with budget. Beyond that, it’s about giving you the training and development to run your own kitchen as we continue to expand.
