We are looking for a full-time Hotel Receptionist to join our team at The Painswick. 

We are looking someone who gives a great first impression, and skilled in greeting with a smile.  It’s the meeting and greeting of visitors and guests on arrival to the hotel, checking in, bookings and guest relations. We are looking for a person who is passionate about delivering outstanding customer service at all times. It is very important that as part of the reception team that you are very much a team player with great interpersonal skills, a flexible attitude and that you possess a knack for liaising with other departments easily as and when required.  Of course, good industry knowledge and some previous experience in a hotel environment is desirable.

This is a full-time role – 40 hours per week and shifts will vary and will include evenings and some weekends.  For this role, due to location and hours of work, it’s important to have your own transport
