Spa Membership Manager - Hampshire

Aim of the role

To retain current memberships and increase new membership to the health club.

Responsibilities:

  • To be confident in arranging trials, meet and greet guests and complete full show around and explanation of health club facilities and equipment.
  • Follow up on leads and convert in to a membership sale.
  • To be respectful and complete quarterly membership courtesy calls to current members to maintain relationships & general knowledge of the members
  • Take pride in understanding and know members expectations to ensure we remain on the front foot and help prevent issues.
  • To be confident and predict forecast renewals and ensure members are communicated to with prices and any increases.
  • Ensure membership records are kept up to date, send renewal letters, chase any outstanding payments, and perform payment direct debit runs.
  • Generate and report monthly statistics and present findings to Spa Director.
  • Email monthly membership E'blast to members updating them of general spa news.
  • Handle any membership complaints and follow up with member on a timely basis showing integrity.
  • Achieve monthly membership targets & give updates of progress.
  • Effectively communicate with sales and marketing team to promote & advertise the spa and ensure accuracy of promotions and offers.
  • All staff should be confident in understanding and executing the company's policies and procedures with respect to privacy, confidentiality and data protection.
  • Ensure that Company Policies are followed at all times.
