We are absolutely delighted to be supporting our client with this recruitment drive and are looking for a dedicated and passionate Aesthetic Therapist to join their team.

Due to expansion we are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Aesthetic Therapist who can perform well under pressure and work well as part of a team. You will join an award winning clinic with an unrivalled reputation, and have the opportunity to train and develop with them as they grow.

Qualifications / Skills / Experience:

• NVQ Level 3 Beauty Therapy qualified, CIDESO, CIBTAC or equivalent
• NVQ Level 4 Laser and Core of Knowledge would be desirable but not essential
• Be able to offer a unique and bespoke to each client by adapting the treatments to suit their requirements.
• Experience with the following treatments in an advantage but not essential – Laser Hair Removal, Hydra Facials, Skin Peels, Cool
• Sculpting, Radio Frequency and Hifu.
• Previous experience working within a high end salon or similar environment
• Great personality and strong work ethic
• A sincere passion for the beauty and aesthetics industry

Brief Over View Of Duties:

• Perform a variety of treatments and conduct a high standard at all times
• Recommend aftercare advice to each individual client
• Working with the team to ensure all clients receive an unforgettable experience
• Promote retail products, increase retail sales and set out to achieve KPI’s
• Ensuring the clinic and treatments rooms are kept clean and tidy at all times
• Attract repeat business by offering an outstanding services and showcasing their treatment menu.

Package on Offer:

• Basic Salary Up to £30,000 Depending on experience
• Excellent commission of up to £1,000 per month when successfully hitting targets
• Full training and continual support given
• Every Sunday and Monday off
• Additional bonus’ discussed on interview
