Job Details

GLL is growing and we're now looking for experienced Football Coach to work at Brixton Recreation Centre in Brixton, South London to help us on our journey.

We're managing more sports and leisure centres than ever before making us the UK's largest leisure operator. And with nearly 260 sports facilities throughout the UK, including some of the most iconic and sought-after training centres, you'll be sure to find somewhere to match your skills.

Aligning with our mission to get more people, more active, more of the time, your passion for sport and fitness or swimming will inspire others at whatever level they're at. Our key sports are football, netball, basketball, gymnastics / trampolining and swimming / diving, but whichever of these you coach, you'll do so with passion and enthusiasm.

You must hold a minimum FA level 1 football qualification; this will ensure that you can comfortably deliver high-quality sessions at a variety of levels, abilities and age groups from children through to experienced adults.

In return, we offer a range of benefits that you'd expect from the UK's largest leisure provider:

  • Pension schemes
  • Discounted membership at our leisure centres
  • Career pathways
  • Ongoing training and development to help you to be the best

If you're community-focussed and have experience if working in a club environment, then apply now.

The welfare and safety of the children in our care is of the utmost importance to us at GLL. We follow safer recruitment procedures to ensure that our staff are checked and appropriate to work with children and young people. Therefore we'll require you to complete an enhance DBS check before you will be allowed to start work.

All pay rates are subject to skills, experience, qualifications and location.
