Working as an Regional Administrator Assistant you'll provide support to the Operations Team with administration responsibilities. This will include creating documents using Microsoft Office, filing and sending documents by email and post. You'll need excellent communication skills as you will regularly answer the office phone and liaise with members of the public and staff regarding company-related enquiries. You'll also need a good attention to detail to ensure your work is accurate. You will receive comprehensive training and ongoing support from the Operations Team.

Below is a summary of your key roles and responsibilities;-

         Prepare operational reports
         Auditing
         Provide weekly and monthly financial reports for Directors and partner schools     File away documents & paperwork.
         Assist maintaining, completion and documentation of all aspects of Health & Safety requirements within the office and process accident forms from SLS partner schools.
         Answer the telephone professionally, politely and forward calls on to the relevant staff.
         Liaise with members of the public, clients and staff regarding SLS school-related enquiries.
         Contribute to the overall ethos/work/aims of SLS.
         Appreciate and support the work of other professionals.
         Attend and participate in relevant meetings     Managing the employee life cycle 
         Participate in training and other learning activities and performance development
         Compliance with all necessary policies and procedures relating to child protection, equality and diversity, health, safety and security, confidentiality and GDPR, reporting all concerns to an appropriate person.
