Park holidays UK are a rapidly growing company and the largest caravan operator in the south of England. The business has a proven history of developing and promoting talented managers and an unprecedented investment programme across the group.

We are now looking for an Experienced Facilities Manager/ Maintenance Manager to lead a well-established park. Newbeach Holiday Park is located on the south Kent Coast in Dymchurch and is one of the largest parks within the group. This past winter we have invested circa 4 Million pounds with a brand new complex, and base development programme – and we will continue to invest in the park as we move forward. This is a fantastic opportunity to get involved with a real chance to see the business evolve and really put your stamp on it!

Newbeach Holiday park Currently boasts 430 owners, 150 Hire Fleet, Large Pool, Touring field, Entertainment complex

The successful applicant will be responsible for:

• Recruiting, training and managing the performance of your team.
• Setting of daily workloads and tasks
• Delivering effective H&S systems across the park
• Delivering high park presentational standards
• Co-ordinating the ordering of stocks from approved suppliers
