Events Coordinator
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Events Coordinator to join The Ivy Collection, 26-28 Conway St, Fitzrovia, London W1T 6BQ

As Event Coordinator you will be part of a fast paced and busy office and responsible for supporting the Private Dining Team with all elements involved in effectively managing events across our ever-expanding portfolio of Ivy Collection restaurants. You will be required to prepare all event documentation and coordinate with the Event Managers and onsite restaurant teams to ensure consistent, high level service throughout all stages of the event.

This role provides an excellent platform for building knowledge and gaining experience, from soft selling and maximising revenue to the intricate detail required to deliver events to some of the UK’s most discerning clientele.

• Must be self-motivated with a willingness to learn and develop within a fast paced, buzzing team.
• Have a desire to provide fantastic service to our clients to help create a memorable event or dining experience every time.
• Have excellent telephone skills and a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent organisation skills and ability to effectively prioritise and multi task.
• A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Strong English communication skills (verbal, listening, writing).
