Reception Manager - Dawlish

Cofton Holidays has an exciting opportunity for a Reception Manager to join our accomplished team on our 5 Star Award Winning Holiday Park.

The role

Ensuring guests are received in an excellent and professional manner and that all Reception areas always operate a high-quality service .

Responsibilities include:-

  • Supervise the professional greeting of guests and visitors
  • Managing reservations and administration
  • Operate the Reception Rota
  • A good eye for detail and a desire to take responsibility, through to resolution, for issue and concerns generated by our customers
  • Review of existing standards and procedures
  • Track development of the Reception Team
  • The ability to lead and develop a large team
  • Communicate effectively at all levels

Skills & Aptitudes

  • Problem solving skills and the ability to work under pressure

Qualifications & Experience

  • 2 years experience of managing employees and their performance
  • Knowledge and ability to manage, lead and support a team

Training & Development

  • First Aid at Work
  • Fire Warden
  • Health & Safety
  • Welcome Host Gold
  • Lead, Motivate & Succeed Training

Hours of work are 40 hours over 5 days, includes weekend working with Mondays and Tuesdays off each week.

Due to location candidates will need access to own transport.
