The salary for this role is £17,740 plus service charge ( approx. £2,000* per annum, *depended on sales) and annual bonus.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a professional, friendly team working within a 5* hotel environment. The Conference & Banqueting Bar Supervisor will be required to work 40 hrs per week including weekends/Bank Holidays and will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of service and customer care are maintained regarding all aspects of the Conference and Banqueting Department. Supporting the C&B Manager, the Conference & Banqueting Supervisor will be assisting in the setting up of all Bars for functions and liaising with conference organisers/contacts as required during meetings and events. As Conference & Banqueting Bar Supervisor you will ensure that high standards are consistently maintained and we provide an exceptional experience for our guests.
- Supervisory experience within hospitality, ideally gained within events or conferencing
- Excellent customer service experience and attention to detail
- Strong leadership skills
- Time management and organisational skills
