Set in the heart of Mayfair, one Michelin starred Murano restaurant is the home of renowned chef Angela Hartnett. The cuisine is Modern European with a strong Italian influence and the service focus warm and friendly.

We are currently recruiting for a full time Head Waiter to join our team, the ideal candidate will:

• Be fluent in English
• Have a warm and welcoming attitude
• Work closely with the management team to nurture and develop junior members of staff
• Have experience in a similar restaurant for over 12 months
