We are recruiting for a new Assistant Club Manager.

This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced and high-quality Assistant Club Manager from the health and fitness industry to lead one of our teams.

We are opening a premium Anytime Fitness club in the heart of Balham soon which is sure to be an exciting project.

The successful candidate will have assisted in managing a full commercial fitness club for at least 2 years previously.

You will be helping the General Manager lead the team to deliver all activities that take place in the gym and studios within your club and giving members an exceptional experience every day.

Duties include:

  • Assist the General Manager with all aspects of the day to day operations of the club
  • Assist the General Manager with delivering all club commercial targets
  • Help coach the team to provide a first class member service at all times
  • Help manage the daily sales reporting to ensure the club sales targets and KPIs are achieved
  • Leading and coaching the club Team in all daily procedures
  • Delivering best in class member service at all times
  • Being an ambassador of the brand on a daily basis in club.
  • Dealing with all member issues and complaints
  • Ensuring club management software is updated and maintained effectively
  • Daily operational walk rounds
  • Daily cleaning walk rounds
  • Ensuring that all gym equipment is kept in good working order
  • Work with the marketing Team to deliver quality local social content
