We are looking for a passionate and hardworking individual to join our close knit Central Sales team in the heart of Manchester. Based in the city centre the team is an integral part to the growth and development of Mission Mars supporting all of our venues on a day to day basis, providing central support and leading the company's internal communications.

Who We Need

• Someone who has a love for great food and drink
• Who has previous experience in a similar role involving call handling
• Knowledge of reservation booking systems would be preferable
• Who can demonstrate initiative with great organisational skills
• Who enjoys working as part of a tight knit team and independently
• Who loves working in a busy and bustling environment
• A good communicator with a desire for knowledge

What The Role Involves

• Supporting our venues by handling table reservations and large enquiries on their behalf
• Inputting and taking payments over the phone
• Checking and responding to company email enquiries
• Providing a world class guest experience
• Taking the lead on internal communications including our internal weekly newsletter.
• Carrying out any additional administrative tasks as required.
