We are now looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager who thrives on working in a fun, fast-paced environment. Our Restaurant Manager will be charismatic and confident but with a head for figures, getting involved with stock management and menus, as well as overseeing the floor operations. As an experienced Restaurant Manager, you will be assisting with hiring and training a team of talented waiter staff for this buzzing Cork restaurant.
