Since 1995 Smith & Western have been serving great tasting fresh food, mouth-watering cocktails and belly busting deserts in our authentically themed restaurants across the South. We are a family run restaurant with over 20 years’ experience. Our passion and drive are still as strong as it was on the day we opened our first restaurant

We cook everything on our menu fresh on site – no flinging and pinging option, so we want people who can work at pace with a great eye for detail and who take pride in the food they cook ensuring our customers enjoy their dish from the first bite to the last crumb! Using high quality, fresh ingredients to make our delicious Steaks, Burgers, Chillis, Tacos etc you will be working in a team with like-minded professionals who take pride in their work, and in maintaining the high standards of food, presentation and hygiene that is an integral part of our brand.

If you are an experienced Chef with the knife skills of a ninja, who can work the line, master the grill and who really cares about the food they are sending out then we want to hear from you.

Salary is dependant on age and experience £5.75 - £8.75 p/h
