Are you interested in working in the fashion industry? We have a fantastic apprenticeship with a leading high end bridal designer Sanyukta Shrestha who has worked with top magazines and celebrities. This is a great opportunity to learn from an award winning brand whilst gaining a level 3 business qualification.

 

Working week:

Mon- Fri 30 hours - 9:00-17.30

 

Qualification:

Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship

 

Key responsibilities and day-to-day tasks:

You will be working in the shop as well as the office and will include general studio assistance you will be working with the brides to book appointments, meetings, steaming and fittings.

Provide administrative support to the business and have responsibility for maintaining a number of databases and systems.

Undertake general clerical duties including booking appointments, completing adhoc forms/invoices, copying and preparing documents as necessary.

Maintain filing systems, including the distribution of information

Uphold business principles by promoting and maintaining good working relationships and practices in dealings with all staff and customers.

Skills required:

Excellent customer service skills with the confidence to speak on the phone in a clear, professional manor.

Deal promptly, professionally and efficiently with all telephone calls received taking appropriate action on own initiative where required.

Ensure that documents and correspondence are produced timely, accurate and presented in a professional manner.

Understanding of data protection and confidentiality.

 

Personal qualities:

Interest in fashion

Good decision making, problem solving and attention to detail.

Ability to work in a high pressured environment and deal with conflict in a professional manner

Self-disciplined and able to work on own initiative and as part of a team

High standard of personal hygiene; clean, tidy and professional appearance
