You will be working with members to make an impact and achieve life changing results

• Can you Motivate and inspire your clients to achieve their targets and goals, by creating tailored engaging and unique sessions

You would need to:

• build your reputation and client base by promoting gym floor activities
• Talk to members on the gym floor about Personal Training, and what you offer
• Deliver member inductions and client sessions to reach and exceed your personal targets
• Have the ability to deliver high quality inductions, consultations, programmes and classes
• You would need to be Confident, outgoing and approachable, And have the ability to motivate, inspire and connect with members to help them make the most out of our facilities.

ESSENTIAL

• A passion for customer service excellence
• Exercise to Music qualification
• Fitness Instruction qualification (Level 2)
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Reliable, Efficient and pro-active
• Keen for personal development and learning
• Ability to work calmly under pressure
• Previous work experience in a similar role
• First Aid Qualification (or willing to train)
