As our Reservations Agent within our Reservations family, you will find yourself administrating all bedroom reservations. Surrounded by a supportive and fun team all working towards tailor made guest experiences, you will be working towards various sales targets. Within this dynamic environment with quick learning opportunities, you will also have the chance to gain a greater insight into our various departments. You will also be working on upselling various packages over the phone to our guest and proceeding with bookings relying on your previous experience using Opera.
