Activity Instructor (Creative)

Activity Instructor roles at Camp Beaumont deliver 3-7 specialised activity sessions a day. A background in the subject area is beneficial. For this particular role, a qualification in the subject area is required but not compulsory as we can provide training. When Activity Instructors aren’t running sessions they will be supporting the Group Leaders and helping with camp operational duties.

Camps: Ark Academy (Putney), Bancroft's School (Woodford Green), Christ's School (Richmond), Claremont Fan Court School (Esher), Colfe's School (Blackheath), Croydon High School (Croydon), Halstead Prep School (Woking), Kent College (Tunbridge Wells), Kings College School (Wimbledon), Mill Hill School (Mill Hill), Reigate College (Reigate), Royal Grammar School (Guildford), St Helen's School (Northwood), UCS (Hampstead) and Ursuline Prep School (Wimbledon).

You’ll be responsible for a group of children, initiating games, helping with activities and ensuring the welfare needs of all children are met. You’ll also play a key role in liaising between Camp Management, parents and Group Leaders.

About you:

  • Be a UK/EU citizen and have lived within the EU continuously for the last 3 years
  • Experience working in a camp environment with children/young people
  • Great teamwork skills
  • Over 18

Successful candidates are required to undergo an enhanced DBS disclosure. You need to possess the legal right to live and work in the UK to be considered for employment with Camp Beaumont.
