The successful candidate will have a proven history of running a kitchen in 100+ bedroom hotel. The ideal candidate will have history of managing food deliveries & stock control whilst delivering coaching & motivation to the team. You will need to hold a valid Level 3 Food Hygiene Certificate (or equivalent).
