To support our growth and continue to make the everyday special for our staff and customers we are expanding our team and seeking a IT Business Analyst to help us in the next chapter of our story.

As a key member of the Business Systems function within IT you will partner with defined Business Units, working closely with senior Stakeholders and their teams to understand their IT-driven business demand and helping them align this to Business and IT strategies.

You will capture, analyse, question and validate demand requirements, modelling the related ‘as-is’ and ‘to-be’ business processes, driving options analysis and supporting Change Approval.

You will also assist in the creation of functional and technical documentation, test planning and execution, sign-off, the transition into Business as Usual post-implementation review.

Ideally you will have proven experience in a similar role within a multichannel retail or hospitality environment and be comfortable in engaging and managing senior stakeholders. Working closely with your colleagues in the Business Systems team, you will be tenacious in seeking out best-of-breed solutions capable of bringing benefit to the company.

You will have excellent written and verbal communication and presentation, and proven experience in formal business analysis with exposure to the full Project lifecycle from concept to delivery.
