Situated across four elegant Grade II-listed five story Georgian townhouses on Great Cumberland Place, Home Grown exudes quality, sophistication and style. The townhouses feature a plethora of stunning spaces, designed by Russell Sage Studios, including 35 boutique bedrooms, a brasserie-style restaurant, study café, executive business lounges, bars, meeting rooms including dedicated pitching suites, private dining rooms as well as events spaces.

We currently have the unique opportunity for a dynamic and enthusiastic Junior Sous Chef to join the team.

Home Grown is a multifaceted club; housing our beautiful destination restaurant, offering an innovative and seasonal menu. Extensive banqueting and events are a daily occurrence within the house, along with alternative menus in the Drawing Rooms and Bars.

We are looking for a Junior Sous Chef with:
• Excellent culinary service standards
• Outstanding attention to detail whilst working within a fast paced environment
• The ability to work within a dedicated and passionate team
• Flexibility to support other departments in order to guarantee the best possible service to guests
