We are recruiting for a Customer Services Assistant to join our amazing team! 

As a Customer Services Assistant, you will be responsible for ensuring all guest feedback is responded to in a timely manner.

You will be replying to letters and emails regarding visit feedback and queries about the park. Alongside this, you will also be answering the Customer Services phone line to deliver exceptional customer service to guests looking to speak with someone regarding their upcoming or recent visit. We’re looking for people who are friendly, welcoming and have the confidence to pro-actively engage and interact with our guests on the phone or via email. 

This role is available on a 6 week contract.
