Sales Manager - Limes Country Lodge Hotel
The Limes Country Lodge Hotel is an independent family-owned Hotel in its own beautiful six –acre setting, very close to the M42 Junction 3, easily accessible from Earlswood, Solihull and Redditch. We are celebrating our twelfth anniversary this year and have become well known for our award-winning Orchard Restaurant and Accommodation, as well as becoming a sought-after venue for Weddings, Events and Business Conferences.
We have a great team and regularly receive praise for our particular approach to Hospitality, and as we get ever busier we are looking to expand our existing teams to ensure that our guests and clients continue to enjoy the quality service that they deserve.
With a very substantial expansion programme about to commence we need to continue to increase our sales and revenue within our sales department.
Do you have what it takes to deliver and manage and motivate the team to achieve the necessary targets.
Your duties will include:
- Contrlloing and ensuring continued increase in bedroom sales
- Ensuring our occupancy targets are met.
- Managing the sales team and ensuring they are hitting and exceeding targets where possible.
- Liasing between the sales department and F.O.H.
- Manage and run functions when required.
- Report to C.E.O. On all the above.
- Generating own sales to agreed targets
