Training & Office Administrator

Training role is for the Head Office Group Training Department, with the Group Training Office being based in the Blackpool Area.

This will be 24 hours per week, over 3 days Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.

Successful candidate start date will be 03/09/19

The closing date 16/08/19 with Interviews taking place on 27 and 28/08/19

General Duties:

Assisting the Group Training Manager and Coordinator in all aspects of the Training Department

Use existing filing systems and computer files and maintaining them where required.

Obtaining information from the computer and retrieving documents from the hard copy filing system.

Writing and dispatching letters/emails on behalf of the department and manager.

Handle requests for information and data.

Resolve administrative problems and inquiries.

Maintaining and updating training records and data and data processing.

Logging and analysing training information.

Liaising with management from across the group.

General clerical duties including photocopying and scanning.

Answer, screen and transfer inbound phone calls.

Take notes and minutes where required.

Undertaking any other tasks/duties as may be reasonably required.

Education and Experience:

Excellent Computer skills and strong knowledge of Word and Excel.

Experience of operation of standard office equipment.

Experience of clerical and administrative procedures and systems such as filing and record keeping.
