The Britannia Hampstead Hotel boasted 135 modern-styled rooms and a 24-hour Reception Desk, due to continued expansion we are looking to recruit a Full Time Reception Manager who will ensure that all our guests have an enjoyable experience during their stay. You will ensure that the Front of House department continues to provide a service that makes the guest feel relaxed whilst preparing to embark on their travels.

The successful candidate will be an experienced Reception Manager or an ambitious Reception Supervisor with a proven record of handling the pressures of being Front of House. You will be a natural-born leader with excellent attention to detail and you will boast superb customer service. You will be required to work 37.5 hours per week.
