We have an exciting opportunity for an M&E Sales Co Ordinator to join our established team at Hollins Hall Hotel & Country Club.

As our M&E Sales Co Ordinator, you will:

• Be a key player in the delivery of the Events budget by maximising all potential revenues with high conversion levels.

• Co-ordinate the details of events booked in the hotel, communicating with both the client and the operational team on requirements.

• Play a key role in securing wedding, banqueting and special events for the hotel, taking a proactive approach to generating and converting new enquiries.

• Be the leading Events office in your area by providing an efficient, effective, exceptional and professional customer service.

• Assist the Sales Manager to provide accurate weekly & monthly forecast by adhering to KPI’s and attention to detail through effective administration
• Supports the business as and when needed.

• Will be expected to achieve a level of service through the constant monitoring of our established brand standards.

• Should be highly attentive to detail and be capable of delivering consistent standards.

• Must have experience in a similar environment with the knowledge and confidence to deliver.

• Will be a strong team player willing to lend a hand wherever needed.
