If you are looking for a Chef’s job where you are not worked into the ground until late at night everyday then this job may be for you.

The Britannia Hotel Wigan are looking to recruit a Part time Chef to support our small kitchen team. We are looking for someone to work between 13.00 and 19.00 two days per week to cover the Chefs days off (likely to be Monday and Tuesday) and maybe another day if we are very busy.

It is simple carvery/buffet service to our coach parties.

There may also be a need to do more hours to cover holidays from time to time, also cover the occasional breakfast shift.

You must be reliable and flexible as we literally have a Breakfast Chef and a Head Chef so those with poor sickness records or those who keep saying “I can’t work that shift” regularly, need not apply.
