Olsen's – Bar & Restaurant

Olsen’s restaurant and bar is inspired by fruit trader Fred Olsen’s vision to bring fresh ideas from different corners of the globe to London’s Docklands.
The luxury artisan bar and restaurant will offer delicious breakfasts, bespoke curated lunch and dinner menus and a drinks menu featuring craft beers and botanical cocktails.

We are looking for a General Manager to join the Olsen’s team. The General Manager will have previous experience working in a premium restaurant environment, be passionate about delivering great quality food, drink and service and enjoy being part of a team who challenge the ordinary, innovate and have fun!
