Second Chef - Bulbury Woods Hoburne Golf

Set in beautiful grounds near Poole in Dorset, this is an exciting opportunity to join our friendly Golf Club team as a Chef. Facilities of the club include an 18-hole golf course, fully equipped clubhouse, golf shop and a state-of-the- art golf simulator.

For this role we are looking for a Chef with a passion for food. The successful candidate will have the ability to assist the team to deliver the highest level of food and service.

They will also require the following:

• Experience in the leisure and hospitality industry
• Previous chef/kitchen experience
• A high level of inter-personal skills
• Be self-motivated with a positive attitude
• Passion to deliver food to the highest standards

You will also have the opportunity to work with our head chef on menu development and daily specials.

This is a full time role offering 40 hours per week. Salary circa £19,500 PA (DOE)

The nature of our business necessitates that the successful applicant will be required to work some anti-social hours, including weekends and bank holidays.
