Moor Hall Hotel is a four-star, country house hotel with 83 bedrooms, two restaurants including a 2AA Rosette restaurant, a bar & terrace, conference facilities for up to 250 and its own Leisure Club & Spa situated on the outskirts of Sutton Coldfield.

We have an excellent opportunity to join the hotel as Duty Manager. Working alongside an experienced and dedicated Management team, you will be involved in all aspects of the day to day running of the hotel which will involve daily duty management and coordination between all departments.

Candidates will need to be customer focused and standards driven with good communication skills, enthusiasm, and the ability to control and manage junior staff. A sound understanding of IT and basic knowledge of front office systems would be an advantage, however, full training will be provided.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar environment and may be looking for a first step into management.
