ASSISTANT MANAGER / BAR MANAGER / DUTY MANAGER - MARKET HALLS, OXFORD CIRCUS

With the opening of our 3rd site, the biggest indoor food market in Europe, not far away, we are looking for passionate, ambitious, energetic, well organised Managers to join the opening team.

The Ideal Candidate should have previous experience in a similar role in a busy casual dining environment, have a good understanding of Food safety & Fire Safety, preferably with experience using Shield Safety, be a nurturing & supportive leader, be organised with good attention to detail, have exceptionally high standards, be passionate about food, have great communication skills with a good sense of humour. You should be a strong team player who leads by example and have a hands-on attitude, where no job will be too small.
