Our client is a successful Aesthetic Clinic based in Reading. They are now looking for an experienced Aesthetic Nurse Prescriber who will work well with their current team.

We are absolutely delighted to be supporting our client with this recruitment drive and are looking for an Aesthetic Nurse Prescriber who’s main focus will be to develop clinic services whilst delivering and maintaining exceptional aesthetic treatments.

This is a busy clinic with a vast client base who offers cutting edge treatments along with a high level of excellence. They pride themselves on building great relationships with clients and strive for impeccable client care and results.

Expertise we are looking for….

• Registered Nurse Independent Prescriber
• Relevant Managerial Experience and minimum of three years in an aesthetic nurse role within a sales environment
• Can offer a range of Aesthetic procedures - Please clearly state these on your CV

A brief overview of your day…

• Assess, plan, prescribe, implement and evaluate patient care in accordance with relative and current procedure guidelines and protocols for non-surgical treatments
• Ensure specific protocols, care pathway and directions are followed for all procedures and report any variance to Clinic Director
• Document all patient interventions and store records securely
• Ensure patient confidentiality
• Ensure compliance with company policies including health and safety, COSHH, risk assessment, fire regulations, infection control, decontamination, adverse events & complaints including the professional management, monitoring and reporting of any patient complaint
• Attend fire safety, manual handling and emergency resuscitation training as required
• Promote quality care and service through the use of best practice
• Research, initiate and evaluate new ideas to foster continuous improvement
• Deliver nursing standards in accordance with the Nursing & Midwifery Council Code of Professional Conduct and comply with industry related ethical standards
• Regularly assess and evaluate practice by audit and implement change in a participative manner with nursing and business colleagues
• Identify personal training needs and continually develop skills and competencies
• Maintain a personal professional profile of your practice n accordance with NMC requirements.
