Reservations Agent

We are looking for an enthusiastic, talented and dedicated Reservations Agent to join our team here at the Bvlgari Hotel London.

Reporting to the Reservations Manager, you will be responsible for the accurate, courteous and efficient execution of hotel guests booking, providing the highest level of personal service. You will process all payments according to the established hotel requirements, and keep the department regularly updated with specific guest needs or enquiries. The Reservations Agent will be required to maintain control of the hotels room inventory, acting as a ‘gate-keeper’ on a day-to-day basis, including high demand periods and sell-out days.

The ideal candidate will be required to demonstrate commitment to a task, complete comprehension of guest needs and ability to promote positive relations with all guests. He / she will need to think clearly and quickly, as well as make conscientious decisions. Impeccable attention to detail is imperative, and the ability to prioritise, organise and follow up is also of upmost importance.

To be successful in your application you will already have experience from within a luxury service environment along with an excellent understanding of the 5-star hospitality industry. You will be an immaculately presented individual who possesses informal yet impeccable customer service skills with your ability to engage with our guests being one of your greatest assets.

We encourage a diverse workforce however you will be required to have good levels of written and spoken English and be eligible to work in the UK. Fluency in a second language would be beneficial.
