Five Rivers Health and Wellbeing Centre in Salisbury is looking to recruit Receptionists to join them on casual contracts.

Over the last eighteen months, Five Rivers Health and Wellbeing Centre has had a major transformation with new extensions being built and refurbishment of some existing facilities taking place.

The campus is now a vibrant hub combining new and improved leisure facilities with Wiltshire Council and other partner services all under one roof. It has been designed with the local community in mind.

About the role

As a Receptionist, you will be responsible for collecting admission fees from customers and dealing with queries received into the leisure centre, whilst providing a professional customer focussed service.

You will also be assisting in promoting and selling both services and products.

About you

With excellent communication and people skills, you should possess a recognised customer based qualification such as an NVQ in customer care/ reception skills or the equivalent in experience.

A good working knowledge of Microsoft Applications such as Outlook and Excel is also required as you will be updating working documents and need to communicate clearly with other members of staff as well as operating the computerised booking system.

The ability to remain calm and composed in pressurised situations and to work with minimum supervision is also essential criteria.
