Priding itself on providing a tailored personalised guest service, the Royal Garden Hotel is located on High Street Kensington and some of London’s most famous attractions.

Here at The Royal Garden Hotel, we have an exciting opportunity for a highly guest focused professional to join the Front Office Team. The team perform a diverse selection of tasks, ensuring all guests have a truly 5 red star experience. The Front Office is a key department in creating a professional and welcoming atmosphere and in assisting our guests with any requests they may have.

This exciting and varied role requires a person who is highly guest focused and has the ability to delight our guests who require high levels of professionalism, friendliness, knowledge and technical ability. You will be required to promote and develop loyalty from hotel guests by reacting positively to their needs and providing a high level of tailored personalized tailored guest service. You will manage and develop relationships with our guests and assist in creating a warm relaxed atmosphere being present in the hotel public areas, to promote goodwill and react to customer comments and needs.
