Bar Manager - London

We are looking for an enthusiastic Bar Manager to lead our team at this unique cocktail and cabaret Venue. The right candidate will be responsible for the day to day operational running of the venue and must have excellent front and back of house skills. They will have a good knowledge of, and an imaginative approach to, cocktails . They must have excellent man management skills and the ability to motivate a team and remain calm under pressure. They must have a knowledge of the relevant licensing laws,  health and safety and food regulations and must also hold a personal licence. Experience of working in a venue with live music would be an advantage.
