Back of House Supervisor

The Role

As Back of House Supervisor you will work closely with the Back of House Manager to ensure the highest standards of health & safety and hygiene in all back of house areas are maintained at all times. You will manage a team of porters so you must be an excellent and confident communicator with exceptional people skills and be able to motivate your team in order to deliver outstanding cleanliness. In order to be considered for this role ideally you will have previous experience as a supervisor in a similar role in a 4/5 star hotel.
