The ideal Personal Assistant has:

Previous experience in a similar role within hospitality is a distinctive advantage:

• Considerable experience in a personal assistant role involving diary management, minute taking, reporting and other administrational and project work.
• Ability to work with flexibility, commitment, enthusiasm in an environment with constantly changing priorities and pressures.
• Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks.
• Experienced at handling confidential and sensitive information.
• Passion for hospitality with a friendly disposition to smile.
• Excellent communication skills and willingness to work as part of a team;
• Excellent level of English, both spoken and written; Chinese speaking as second language would be a distinctive advantage
• Proof of eligibility to work in the United Kingdom.
