Sales Consultant - Anytime Fitness - Gateshead

 
This is a fantastic opportunity for a hungry and ambitious sales consultant to be part of a 24/7 gym in Gateshead.
 
Anytime Fitness is an exciting, new gym concept with more than 160 clubs currently open in the UK and a rapid expansion plan for the coming year. There are over 4,000 gyms worldwide currently, predominantly in the USA, Australia & New Zealand.
 
We are looking for a naturally proactive and polished individual who can generate fresh leads and convert them into sales. You will have an outgoing personality and be extremely confident in face-to-face meetings and on the telephone. You will be responsible for converting the new leads into appointments in the gym, and then closing the sale after touring the facilities.
 
We are looking for someone who will:

• Have natural sales ability with the passion to drive and exceed targets.
• Be target driven with a desire to achieve.
• Be energetic, proactive with a positive outlook and a 'can-do' attitude.
• Be excited to work closely with the club manager and the rest of the team to create a member-focused gym environment unique in this area.
• Be approachable and able to make prospective and existing members feel at ease.
• Personable with a sense of fun!

Our ideal candidate will need to be:

• Naturally Sales focused - experience is not as important as the ambition to succeed and work hard to get there.
• Highly self-motivated and sales & target driven with a sense of humour, even under pressure!
• Organised - keep on top of your leads and follow up.
• Interested in people and able to support the member focused culture we are developing in the club.

Due to the variety of shit patterns that include Evenings and Weekends it is important that you live within a reasonable commute to the site.
