A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Creative Assistant at LEGOLAND Windsor Resort. The Creative Assistant will ensure every animated feature, model and the landscape within Miniland is checked daily, is operating correctly and is repaired as required.

The job holders main role will be to assist the Animators, Model Makers and Landscapers with the up keep of Miniland, however, from time to time may be asked to assist in other departments and areas of the Park.  

Each Creative Assistant is an ambassador for the Merlin Entertainments Group and the brand image.  Their role is one of a ‘reactive role’ to deal with any model issues that occur on a daily basis, this is done with speed and safety in mind, the goal to repair or service the model or animated feature with minimal disruption to the park, its staff or guests 

We are looking for the following skills and experience;

• Ability to take on challenges as and when they arise 

• Be safety conscious for self and others around  

• Ability to work on your own initiative 

• Good communication skills
