You'll be the first point of contact for managers, and staff who generate a caseload that will include attendance and sickness management, disciplinary, grievance. You will also be exposed to other areas like training, employee consultations and TUPE.

Your organisational skill is key with this role, as your plans for the day could change at any moment with priorities needing to be shifted and people communicated with. It goes without saying that you'll be a people-person and able to generate good relationships with people at all levels, be it a manager of a leisure centre needing advice, a member of staff needing support or mediation. If you're CIPD-qualified and have experience of working in a busy HR department, apply now.

In return we offer:

  • Competitive salary
  • Pension scheme
