Cleaning Supervisor - Huddersfield Leisure Centre

Full Time | £16,128 per annum

Our customers are always our number one priority at KAL and our Cleaners are really important to us as they help us provide excellent customer service and maintain the high standards which our customers expect from us.

We are looking to appoint to this brand new role at our Flagship facility, Huddersfield Leisure Centre.

To be successful in the role of Cleaning Supervisor, you will lead the Cleaning Team and will be obsessed with ensuring that our facility is kept at the highest standard and that our Cleaners are keeping everything spick and span. You will regularly audit the day to day cleaning standards and take remedial action where necessary.

You will take great pride in your work and the work of your team, ensuring that customer facing tasks are completed as a priority. You will be a great team player with a positive attitude always happy to talk to the customers as you go about your work. You will know what clean looks like and your standards will be hard to beat and you will challenge your team to ensure these standards are always maintained and exceeded to ensure that our customers have the best experience possible and wish to return.

You'll know how important you are to the organisation and our customers. You'll need to be full of energy and enthusiasm to be successful in this role.
