Training Coordinator - Talacre Beach Resort - Holywell

Role overview

This is an exciting new opportunity to join a busy HR team as a Training Co-ordinator, working with the HR Manager in the Darwin Escapes Head Office at Talacre Beach Resort.

Duties will include monitoring and tracking training throughout the company, keeping the HR Manager up to date with any training needs. You will source and book required courses, gaining information on costs and course details. Alongside this, you will complete information packs to send out to delegates for the courses containing all information needed for their upcoming course.

In order to be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will have a strong admin background and will be proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel, have excellent organisational skills and be able to handle sensitive information confidentially. Above all else you must be a great communicator, written, over the telephone and face to face.

This is a busy yet rewarding position that would suit someone with admin experience.

This is a permanent position to work part time, office hours. This will be Monday to Friday, 9am to 3pm however extra hours may be required in order to meet deadlines.

This position is ideal for anyone looking for Admin Assistant positions close to Prestatyn.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive all requests for training through a variety of methods, and record these
  • Source appropriate courses, gaining information on locations, costs and qualifications
  • Book various courses in accordance with approval from the HR Manager
  • Raise payment requests and PO's for booked courses in a timely manner and in accordance with company procedure
  • Prepare pre course paperwork for delegates
  • Monitor and track renewal dates, ensuring these are kept up to date and courses are arranged to cover
  • Various admin work as required


What experience you will need

  • You will need to have previous admin experience.


What skills you will need

  • Excellent Knowledge of Excel/ Navision/ Word/Outlook.
  • Driving licence and ability to drive is advantageous to enable you to get to the park.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Positive attitude with willingness to learn.
  • Excellent organisational skills are key.
  • Ability to manage your own time and prioritise tasks.
  • A strong admin background.
